Andrius Dubinas, lawyer and expert of the penitentiary system, joins the team of Minister of Justice Rimantas Mockus
Andrius Dubinas joins the political team of the Minister of Justice Rimantas Mockus and takes up the position of Vice-Minister of Justice.
Andrius Dubinas has many years of experience in the legal profession, has worked as the head of the Prison Department (now the Lithuanian Prison Service), the Prison Hospital, and has practised as an attorney at law.
Andrius Dubinas holds a law degree from Vilnius University.
The new Vice-Minister will be responsible for the penal enforcement system and criminal justice.
