Civil registration

The Ministry of Justice oversees the lawfulness of recording vital records at registry offices and elderships, authorises the change of name, surname or nationality, provides methodological support to registry offices and supplies them with civil registration certificates and entry forms, and monitors the proper registration and use thereof.
