The Ministry of Justice prepares legislation regulating the activities of lawyers, and participates in the implementation of state policy in the legal profession.

Judicial officers

The Ministry of Justice formulates and implements state policy in the area of judicial officer functioning, management and enforcement of judgments. According to the procedure established by the Minister of Justice, the Ministry controls the work and economic and financial activities of judicial officers; it analyses and summarises the problems in the administration of judicial officers, and implements measures to unify enforcement practices.

Notary

The Ministry of Justice supervises the activities of the notary and implements measures to harmonise notarial practice.
