Establishment and registration of political parties

The Ministry of Justice examines documents for founding, reorganising, restructuring and liquidating political parties, confirms the authenticity of the data provided and the compliance of founding documents, programmes, and modified founding documents and data with statutory requirements, and provides conclusions to the Register of Legal Entities regarding whether their registration or deregistration is possible.
